1. Material compunding process

We install automatic materials compounding system which is safe,stable composition,little manual cost, while most other supplier is manual compounding.

2. Fusion process

We use combined 6 tons electric furnace which is safe and stable,low power consumption and dedusting while other supplier is 0.75 ton or 1 ton electric furnace.

3. Molding process

We apply Denmark imported DISA full automatic molding line Advantage which is efficient，lower manual cost，better and stable quality and enrirontment friendly,

while other supplier use Iron mold sand line or manual, the molding performance is not same stage.

4. Casting process

We have constant temprature casting machine with laser positioning, the only one in China, compare with manual casting system of other supplier, this system isw with uniformed quality for its constant temprature and pressure .

5. Heat treatment process

While other supplier use semi automatic tempering and queching, we use Germany imported intelligent heat treatment control system, its even temerature(±5℃) brings stable quality and high hardness.
